GoGrowDutch is a consulting company, supporting companies from outside the Benelux region to gain access to or grow in The Netherlands and/or Belgium.

As part of our activities, we may process personal data such as your first name, last name, age, address, email address, phone number, IP address, VAT number and company registration number. We only process personal data that is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. This privacy policy explains how we use personal data, in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In principle, personal data is not shared with third parties, unless required by applicable laws and regulations.

Due to our organization, personal data may be stored on the servers or cloud environments of our service providers (such as software providers, email services and website hosting providers). As part of our business activities, we process personal data of clients and providers necessary for the execution of agreements and for administrative and legal obligations. This may include name, address, email address, phone number, VAT number and company registration number.

Personal data included in business records such as invoices are retained in accordance with applicable legal retention periods.

As a prospect, you may have contacted us directly via email or we met in person. You may have shared with us personal data on this instance, based on your consent, such as your name, email, address, etc. In that case, your data will be processed according to this privacy policy, and kept for a duration of 2 years (two years) starting from our last exchange.

To ensure your personal data’s security, we commit to set up the necessary technical and organizational means in accordance with GDPR standards. If a security issue arises, we will inform you as soon as possible in case of high data risk, as well as the competent authority within the required time, which is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
