Go Grow Dutch is an independent consultant and strategic growth partner for international home & living brands entering the Benelux. Go Grow Dutch is not a traditional sales agent working on product representation alone. The focus is on strategy, market entry, positioning, sales structure and partner development, with hands-on support where needed.
Founded on experience
Go Grow Dutch was founded by Jack Kleppe, an industry professional with many years of experience in international sales and market development. Before launching Go Grow Dutch, Jack held the position of Head of Sales Benelux & France at Actona Group.
Prior to that, Jack served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for a Dutch furniture manufacturer and as Country Manager Benelux for a Danish furniture manufacturer.
Through these roles, he gained in-depth knowledge of the Benelux retail landscape and worked closely with international manufacturers, retailers and sales agents. That experience now forms the foundation of Go Grow Dutch.
The story behind Go Grow Dutch
Why Go Grow Dutch was founded. In 2024, Jack reached a crossroads in his professional career. As he was preparing to leave his employer, he faced an important question: should he take on another strong leadership role as Head of Sales, Sales Director or a similar position or was it time to build something different?
After taking a few weeks to step back and reflect, the answer became clear. He wanted to stay in the strategic, commercial and international side of the home & living industry, the field he knows best and enjoys most, but in a way that offers more challenge, more variety, more room to operate independently and objectively and the opportunity to work with different partners across different countries and continents.
That is why Go Grow Dutch was founded: to help multiple international manufacturers unlock growth in the Netherlands and the Benelux by combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Many companies have strong products, proven performance in their home markets and surrounding export markets, yet still miss the local market knowledge, network and structure needed to reach their full potential in the Benelux.
Jack brings exactly that missing piece: long-term experience, in-depth Benelux market knowledge and established relationships within the industry. He is driven by both robust, well-thought-out plans and concrete commercial results, because in practice, sustainable growth requires both.
